Increases Charm of 2 to 3 members of your team. Increases Charm of 2 to 3 members of your team when the battle starts. Increases Charm of 2 to 3 members of your team when 5 seconds or less are left. Increases charm of 2 to 3 members of your team when your opponent uses a Special Skill. Increases Charm of 2 to 3 members of your team when a member of your own team uses a Special Skill.
