Effect:  Temporarily cannot use moves or Special Skills
Iterations:
Paralyzes 1 to 3 members of the opponent's team. Paralyzes 1 to 3 members of the opponent's team when the battle starts. Paralyzes 1 to 3 members of the opponent's team when 5 seconds or less are left. Paralyzes 1 to 3 members of the opponent's team when your opponent uses a Special Skill. Paralyzes 1 to 3 members of the opponent's team when a member of your own team uses a Special Skill.
