Story Summary

"He found something new again..."

Levi, Phantom Thief and Demon of Mystery, explains that he is planning on stealing the solid gold Fallen Angel Statue kept in the House of Lamentation, to his partner and assistant, MC, Phantom Apprentice. He goes over the details of their identities and presents MC with the magic wand of transformation from the anime The Magical, Mysterious Jane: Peony Phantom about a "super cute phantom thief".

"That's an interesting line!"

To find the Fallen Angel statue, Levi transforms after reciting an altered version of the anime character's catchphrase and striking the poses. He then asks MC to do the same. However, they are caught by Mammon, whom Levi calls "Inspector Mammon" who demands to know what they are doing.

Beelzeburger
"Under the cover of darkness..."

Levi urges MC to run away while he distracts Mammon, who came after hearing them shouting. However, as MC stays with him, Levi calls for extreme measures and decides to "break out the big guns".

AsmoBaby
"He's so bad at it lol."

To Mammon's relief, the extreme measures only involve bribing him with one of Levi's greatest treasures: the Thunder Goblet that MC offers to hand him over if he lets Levi and MC alone. Right after MC gives him the goblet, Mammon leaves with what Levi reveals is only a fake goblet, bought on Akuzon, to exchange it for money. Levi then remembers that his anime is about to start and tells MC to stop role-playing as phantom thieves, so he can watch the anime.
