"This is just too much for me *sniff*"
At the House of Lamentation, Asmodeus and Mammon attempt to recruit Leviathan as a new model for the magazine Devil Style. They both mention that their contracts as experienced models prevents them from modeling for Devil Style, which is why they considered drafting Leviathan instead. MC gives Leviathan some words of encouragement, and ultimately, Leviathan accepts the offer. Mammon mentions that the photoshoot will take place tomorrow, and Leviathan agonizes over the approaching appointment.

Mammon calls Leviathan from outside his room, and with the help of Lucifer, Mammon finally convinces Leviathan to attend his photoshoot under the condition that MC goes along with him. Leviathan gushes over the clothes featured at the photoshoot to be related with his favorite anime, and Asmodeus tells Leviathan to prepare for the shoot. Asmodeus and Mammon do their best to guide Leviathan through different poses, though Leviathan struggles. When they take a break, the group overhear the staff mentioning some trouble.

Leviathan begins to overthink and assume that he himself is the cause for trouble, when his brothers quickly interrupt him and repeat what they overhear. The staff discuss how to display their new fashion line geared towards otakus. Leviathan enthusiastically lists numerous ideas to fit the "otaku theme" such as using various props or having models mirror the poses of the anime characters featured on the clothing itself. But Leviathan quickly stops himself and apologizes afterward for his sporadic rambling. With a smile, Asmodeus encourages Leviathan to step forward and inform the staff of his ideas, and Leviathan begins to meekly suggest that he himself could provide the props.

"A surprise has gotta be flashy!"
Asmodeus comments on Leviathan's emanating enthusiasm while modeling and the brothers - as well as MC - cheer him on alongside the staff. If MC directly compliments Leviathan, then his face will flush red with embarrassment. Mammon wraps up the photoshoot and reminds Leviathan to purchase a copy when the magazine releases. A few weeks later, Leviathan is shocked to see his appearance posted across town. MC can reason his exploding popularity due to the current month being his birth month, or MC can remind Leviathan that the newest issue of Devil Style debuts today. Leviathan recalls the staff saying that the new issue would be released at the beginning of the month, and begs MC if they could quickly leave to avoid any more embarrassment. MC can purchase either one or multiple magazines, while Leviathan spots the words "Happy Birthday, Levi" written on one cover. Leviathan admits that although he enjoyed the photoshoot, he declined the brand's invitation to be an exclusive model. He adds that he enjoys hanging out with MC in his room "a million times more" and that he wouldn't ever sacrifice their time together.
