"Did you like my present?"
The brothers are telling each other that they each have a gift in mind for Diavolo's upcoming birthday. However, Leviathan starts sighing because he hasn't come up with anything. The others tell him that he should give a present that will make Diavolo think of him, like anime merch or a figurine. Levi doesn't like the idea that Diavolo may not like those things so Levi doesn't want to force his own interests on Diavolo. Mammon suggests making a game and Levi enlists MC's help.

"A puzzle game?! nice!"
Leviathan and MC decide on a puzzle game because it would be the most accessible, either in terms of skill or time needed to play. After deciding to look around another game store for inspiration, Levi notices that he keeps passing by the same sign. A Labyrinth Lyrebird perched nearby is the cause, but MC manages to break the loop. Levi then gets the idea to design a dungeon crawler. They don't want to head home yet. MC can say this feels like a date, to which Levi suggests they go to a café and hold hands so it'll feel more like one.

"The text looks like food..."
Leviathan stays up late into the night to finish the game in time. MC can make him a snack or dress up to encourage him. Once it's completed, they congratulate Levi with either a high-five or a kiss on the cheek. Later, everyone gathers in the dining room to wish Diavolo a Happy Birthday. After Levi gives him the game, Diavolo says he'll play it after he gets back to the castle and promises to tell Levi what he thinks.

As they move on to activities, Diavolo requests for Leviathan to sing the theme for "Fiend Slayer." MC joins in by either harmonizing or doing an otaku style dance. All three of them got so into it that Asmodeus describes it as them being on their own "otaku fan planet." Diavolo then asks Lucifer to join him for a duet. As the night winds down, Lucifer reminds everyone that they all should help with cleanup. After Levi and MC finish the dishes, he says he wants to hang out with them. They can either marathon the anime he missed or make-out.
