"Ain't this way TOO normal?"
Simeon greets MC, and says he thinks he found what he needs for Barbatos to cry. Luke joins, and asks what is going on. Simeon explains that an emotional film might make him cry. Luke asks which movie would work, and MC suggests a love story or one about a lord. The latter one reminds Luke about Barbatos, and Simeon says that might help if he can picture himself in that situation. Luke said that might be difficult to find a movie like that and they should pick something that looks promising. If MC suggests a love story, Luke says Barbatos doesn't seem like the type to like or even have experience watching romances before Luke says that they should pick something that looks promising. Simeon says the internet could help with the search.

"I want the one where tasty..."
Luke finds movies on Akuzon and sorts through various possibilities with Simeon until they find something that guarantees the viewer will cry. MC can say they know they'd cry — to which Luke says that when the audience cries, they are aware of how skilled the creators are — or says they would try not to cry, to which Luke says they might cry anyway. Luke buys the film and after the DVDs arrive, the trio meets in MC's room. Luke says they can watch all of them in one day, so they begin, and when they finish all the movies, Luke is sobbing.

Simeon asks if Luke is alright, and he says he is but can't stop crying. MC can ask if it was that impactful, and Luke says it was touching, but that he shouldn't be crying this much, or ask if he needs a towel, to which Luke says he needs one, but also says this situation is weird. Luke asks for help as to why he is crying and Simeon promises to figure it out. Simeon says he is stumped and MC can ask if it is related to why they weren't affected, or say there is some reason as to why he is crying. Simeon thinks it is a curse and points out the box guarantees someone to cry.

"Make sure to cool down those..."
Simeon and MC return with a towel. Luke complains, and Simeon tries to figure out how to break the curse. MC can suggest deep breathing or to watch a comedy, however neither suggestion works. Then MC can suggest erasing the tagline or watching the sad movie again. If they watch the movie again, Luke points out the scene where he first cried, and then notices he isn't crying anymore. If they try to erase the tagline, the text won't erase, and end up watching the movie again anyway, where Luke stops crying regardless. MC can ask for the case, where they notice the tagline disappeared, or say maybe Luke wasn't moved the second time and Luke agrees. Regardless, Luke says Barbatos should have watched it with them the second time.
