"He's up to something, isn't..."
In an alternate universe, Belphegor notices MC reading a book about vampires. He asks MC if they're interested in vampires, to which they can agree or disagree. Belphegor says humans are funny because they see vampires as monsters, yet they're still fascinated by them. He asks MC if they believe vampires exist, and MC can either say yes, no, or that they aren't sure. Suddenly Leviathan arrives in a panic, claiming there's something wrong with Beelzebub. Beelzebub is starving, but in a different way from usual. Belphegor says he's going to check on him, and asks MC to follow.

"Blood? Like, REAL blood?"
Leviathan leads them to the twins' door, where they can hear Beelzebub groaning inside. Belphegor tells Leviathan that it's fine and he should leave, because he's going to miss his show. Inside, MC wonders if Beelzebub is okay, or if he actually ate too much. Belphegor reveals that he lied to get Leviathan to leave, and Beelzebub is actually thirsty. Belphegor comforts Beelzebub and offers to give him some of his blood, like he always does.

Belphegor complains that Beelzebub never realises how thirsty he is until he's about to pass out. Confused, MC can ask what's going on, or ask if Beelzebub is a vampire. Belphegor reveals that he and Beelzebub are both secretly vampires, and they need to drink blood to survive. Because the neck will leave marks, Belphegor allows Beelzebub to drink from his arm today. As Beelzebub bites his twin, Belphegor reprimands him for drinking too much. However, Beelzebub says it's not enough, and begs for more.

"Belphie planned things out well this..."
Belphegor says he can't give any more blood, because Beelzebub will drink him dry. He then says MC is here to help, and MC can either try to run away, or give up on escaping. Belphegor reveals that he sealed the door with magic and tricked MC to follow him, though Leviathan has no idea about their secret. The twins have been satisfied with drinking each other's blood up until now, but they want to drink from MC and turn them into a fellow vampire. MC can agree or try to disagree, but Belphegor assures them it will feel very good. The twins tell MC "I love you" as they drink from both sides of their neck at the same time, saying that they will now get to be together forever.
