"What the heck happened?!"
Little D. No. 2 is yelling in a panic at the Demon Lord's Castle. MC can tell him to calm down, or ask what the problem is. Barbatos arrives and tells No. 2 to be quet because Diavolo needs rest. Barbatos tells MC to keep what he's about to say a secret. But No. 2 interrupts, and blurts out that Diavolo has a cold.

"That's way too shcoking lol."
Barbatos admits that Diavolo is suffering from something other than a cold, and his efforts to help have been unsucessful. When MC asks why Barbatos called them over, Barbatos says he believes MC's prescence is the only thing that can help Diavolo. Barbatos assures MC that they won't catch the illness, and he takes them to Diavolo's room. Once they're alone, Diavolo warns MC that he's contracted Vampiritis.

"Perhaps I'll go visit."
Diavolo explains that he caught the virus a while ago, but is only now showing symptoms. He and Lucifer have caught a new strain that is very effective on high-ranking demons. Diavolo says he doesn't want to scare MC, and he had hoped to control the cravings. But Diavolo's feelings for MC have left his body burning with desire for their blood, and he asks if MC will indulge him.

"Exercising is fun."
Diavolo says he needs MC's blood more than anything. He worries that his words are scaring MC, which they can confirm or deny. Diavolo reassures MC that he would never do something they didn't want. Diavolo asks for their blood again, but says that letting the fever burn may help as well. MC can offer their blood, ask to hold him, or tell him no. Either way, Diavolo wants to cool off first. He flies in the sky with MC in his demon form, looking down on the city's lights and enjoying MC's warmth.
