"Oh no, I hope you are..."
Set in an alternate universe, Barbatos and Solomon are dressed in their animal outfits. Alongside MC, the trio walk through the woods to gather food when MC suddenly spots someone unconscious on the path. They bring the figure back to their cottage, and the man is awakened by Barbatos's cooking. The trio serve him more dishes, and the mysterious person introduces himself as Beelzebub. He explains that he had fainted from hunger while being on the run, and Solomon suggests Beelzebub stay in their home as shelter.

"This is quite the issue..."
Time passes, and when Beelzebub falls asleep, Barbatos pulls Solomon and MC aside to talk about their dwindling rations. Barbatos remarks that Beelzebub had only arrived a few days ago, yet his hunger is unmatched, and at the rate of Beelzebub's appetite, they soon won't be able to pay for basic necessities. The trio thoroughly reflect on how to solve their issue when Beelzebub awakens and overhears their conversation. Riddled with guilt, Beelzebub apologizes, and reveals his true title as a prince who was exiled from his own kingdom due to his insatiable appetite. Beelzebub nearly bodes farewell and promises not to cause anymore trouble when MC suggests to find a compromise, and the trio convince him to stay.

"That apple looks off..."
After some time, Beelzebub praises their bountiful harvest from their fish traps and vegetable garden with MC. They look forward to Barbatos's cooking and talk about their life living together as a group when Solomon and Barbatos bring a package addressed to Beelzebub. A note formally mentions the contents inside the package as "Prince Beelzebub's favorite food," though Beelzebub denotes the fact to be untrue. Before Solomon confirms his suspicions surrounding the apple, Beelzebub unquestioningly swallows the apple whole, and then falls sick.

"Don't scare me like that!"
Back at the cottage, the trio dote on Beelzebub's unconscious condition. Solomon returns and informs Barbatos and MC that Beelzebub ate a cursed object named the poisoned apple; which sends its victims into an eternal slumber. While they grieve over Beelzebub's fate, MC can either hit Beelzebub on the back, or hug Beelzebub as an attempt to wake him up. Miraculously, either option leads Beelzebub spitting out the apple core and regaining full consciousness. They all celebrate Beelzebub's recovery and inform him of the poisoned apple. The group share their sentiments of living together, with Barbatos and Solomon vowing to be more cautious in future, and Beelzebub expressing joy in the sense of belonging.
