"I'm intrigued as well."

Barbatos finds MC in the collections room of Demon Lord's Castle, which contains rare magical items and works of art. Raphael is particularly interested in some artwork he found, so Barbatos suggests the two of them sort through it. MC can either help as well, or warily watch from a distance. Raphael then hears something, and Barbatos comments that it seems they aren't the only ones here. However, he doesn't think it sounds like a Little D., but like someone is having an argument.

"That's a nice rivalry."

The source of the argument is a hero and a villain within a picture depicting a battle between the two. If MC suggests they just shove the picture in a corner somewhere, Raphael agrees, but Barbatos can't leave it be when it's his job to make things orderly in the castle. If MC suggests they find out what's causing the argument, Raphael questions their judgement in rushing "straight into trouble."

After listening to the two figures in the picture, it seems both the hero and villain are in love with the same demon. The recent rise in popularity of heroes and villains restored the picture's magical power, and also restarted the fight to decide who "has the right to the other demon's hand." The two figures then comment that MC resembles their beloved, which worries Barbatos.

"What sort of battle is this?!"

The hero and villain in the painting both want to have Barbatos and Raphael lend them their bodies so that they can fight outside of the picture. Raphael immediately refuses, but if MC offers to step in and help instead of Raphael, he points out that wouldn't make sense, as they're the one the two are fighting over. They also don't know what effect the picture's magic would have on a human body. If MC says it would be nice to lend strength to two people in love, Barbatos backs them up, and Raphael caves. Either way, he and Barbatos end up agreeing to help.

"You're so passionate ♡"

The spell to allow the hero and villain to use Barbatos and Raphael's bodies is invoked, though both still seem to be themselves. The fight begins, and Barbatos states that his affection for MC is "too strong to be swept aside," though Raphael counters by saying "it's not like [he] doesn't feel anything for them either."

The battle intensifies, and both comment that the more they fight, the stronger their feelings for MC become. MC begins to grow concerned, and yells for the fight to stop, to which both readily oblige. They then notice their battle has satisfied the hero and villain, who remember that in the end, they all lived together in peace. If MC says they're pleased with the happy ending, Barbatos replies that they wouldn't have reached it without them, while Raphael is in awe of their "tenderness," which he seems more concerned than pleased about.
