"Who would've thought there was..."
In an alternate universe, Leviathan receives an old lamp he does not remember ordering. He tries to clean it up, but as soon as he rubs it, MC appears. They are the genie of the lamp, and will grant three wishes of their master. Levi doesn't really believe them, so they transform either into Lucifer or Ruri-chan to convince him. In both cases, he demands them to immediately turn back to normal, as he's not worthy of Ruri-chan looking at him and Lucifer's presence in his room makes him anxious. However, upon being convinced about the lamp, Levi is so happy that he questions if he's becoming a normie by suddenly feeling that real life has become better than fantasy life.

"I'm just like my big br..."
Leviathan now believes that MC is indeed a genie, but tests if MC can grant impossible wishes with a very specific request for a one-of-a-kind figurine. After that, Mammon drops by to brag about a huge casino win, and gives Levi a figurine he won, which is exactly the one that Levi requested. Levi is stunned by the fact, but also happy that the genie can really grant every wish of his, until it sinks in that he now has only two wishes left. He tries to remain calm, and asks MC to just play games with him until he makes up his mind, but his request ends up counting as a wish, too.

"So you can't wish for more..."
With only one wish left, Leviathan wants this last wish to be something really meaningful, but he only can think of material things. He decides to ask his brothers for ideas. Nothing is really helpful, though, as Asmodeus would wish for a clone of himself, Beelzebub would choose food, and Lucifer would wish for unlimited wishes. While Levi considers it a great idea, MC explains that it's not allowed. They stumble upon Belphegor, whom they wake up from a nap, and he advises Levi to simply not rush it, and to take his time until he's sure.

"Levi gave it some thought fo..."
Leviathan specifies that nothing he says from now on is a wish until he confirms it, and MC can choose to go along with his ideas or not. After being able to interact with MC without worrying about the wishes, and after spending time with them, playing games and sharing his passions, he comes to the conclusion that he enjoyed that, and feels comfortable in MC's company. As he doesn't want MC to disappear from his life, Levi makes his final wish: he wants to live his life to the fullest and enjoy every minute of it together with MC. As the wish is granted, it breaks the spell binding them to the lamp. MC can then either kiss Levi, or thank him for setting them free.
