"I thought something was odd."
In the library, MC runs into Beelzebub. He is studying for the lepus project, although instead of raising his own lepus, he is in charge of making sure they all get fed properly. According to his research, the different varieties of lepuses like different foods, and there are certain foods that only certain types of lepuses can eat. As MC has not yet been assigned their own lepus, Beelzebub asks for their help in coming up with a list of safe foods for the lepuses.
Lucifer
"Asking others is smart."
MC tells Beelzebub that the next step is to create some recipes, when they spot Luke riding on a broomstick in the courtyard. Luke explains that he's practicing for the lepus presentation, but he isn't very good at giving instructions to his lepus yet. MC recommends that Beelzebub should ask Luke for advice about food for the lepuses, and Luke agrees to help. Luke tells Beelzebub that he should give the lepuses their favorite foods, and Beel agrees this is a good idea.
Mammoney
"Thinkin' makes you hungry."
Beelzebub, Luke, and MC are talking about the project when Beel's stomach growls. Luke is alarmed, and tells Beelzebub that he can't eat Chiffon, his lepus. MC suggests that they grab some food for themselves first, and Beelzebub agrees. Luke tells Beelzebub that he's excited to see what recipes they'll make, as it could help him get along better with his own lepus.
Belphie
"Don't leave burgers in here."
Beelzebub and MC go to Hell's Burger to eat some food and discuss the project. Beelzebub doesn't want to use the lepuses favorite foods, as he thinks it will be difficult given that each type would want something different. MC suggests using magic, which surprises him. As Beelzebub orders another burger, he realizes that burgers can come in many different varieties, meaning that they could work for his project. After eating, MC and Beelzebub go to his bedroom with some ingredients and Solomon's magic wand. Beelzebub waves the wand and manages to create something resembling hamburgers. He thinks they look tasty, but he realizes that because they all look the same, he has to check the ingredients in each one before feeding it to the lepuses. With this, he requests MC's help again.
