"This is an emergency situation..."
MC finds Simeon in the entryway of the House of Lamentation carrying a stack of manga. He says he's returning what he borrowed from Leviathan now that he's read them. If MC asks about Simeon reading manga, he says Leviathan lent him one the other day and he was hooked, so he then borrowed the whole set.
He and MC then go together to Leviathan's room, and on the way Simeon mentions that Asmodeus insisted the other day he and the brothers all make Devilgram accounts. Everyone but Leviathan did, who said that he'd never use a social platform that "caters to normies trying to one up each other." Simeon knocks on Leviathan's door, but there's no answer. From inside they hear groaning, and Simeon thinks Leviathan is in pain, so they need to get inside right away.

"Aw, what a waste to worry."
Leviathan's door is locked, so Simeon has MC help him break it down. Leviathan is inside and startled, and Simeon explains he didn't answer the door when they knocked, and they'd heard him groaning. If MC asks why he didn't answer, Leviathan says he was listening to music with headphones. If MC is glad he's okay, he apologizes for making them worry.
Leviathan then tells Simeon and MC that he found out lots of otaku use Devilgram, so he wanted to try it, but can't decide on a profile pic. Simeon doesn't understand why that's a big deal, but Leviathan insists it's extremely important, and helping him with this is why he asked MC to visit him.

"That's pretty one-sided..."
Simeon asks why Leviathan doesn't use a picture of his face for his profile pic, but Leviathan says that's "the height or norminess" and thinks face reveals on social media are just people showing off their good looks. MC either tells him to calm down, or to just try taking a picture of himself. Simeon also encourages him to try that, so Leviathan agrees.
Simeon then tries to take said photo, but Leviathan has to tell him where to press on his D.D.D., and then he accidentally takes a video instead. Finally Simeon takes a picture, and says that Leviathan looks good. Leviathan disagrees, and says he looks much better when he's cosplaying.

"As expected of Simeon."
Simeon agrees that Leviathan's expression is livelier when he's doing something he enjoys. MC suggests Leviathan either picture his favorite idol, or read manga. If the former, Simeon takes a picture, but Leviathan says he looks like a "love-struck idiot." If the latter, Simeon thinks he's too expressionless. Next, Simeon suggests he play a video game, as he always looks excited when he does. Leviathan plays some Devil Hunter, and MC joins him.
Leviathan and MC battle the "Red Flame Dragon" while Simeon happily cheers them. Once the quest is complete, Simeon congratulates Leviathan, and if MC does too, hugs him. Simeon is quick to join in hugging Leviathan also, who insists they both calm down. Leviathan then asks how the photos look, but they're a little blurry. Simeon offers to retake them, but Leviathan declines, and chooses the Red Flame Dragon as his profile pic in memory of their quest together.
