"So this is the real House of Lamentation!"
In the hallway of the House of Lamentation, Leviathan's wailing disturbs anyone that passes by. Satan, Beelzebub, Belphegor, and MC pick up on the strange sounds, and the brothers note their irritation at Leviathan's new habit. They request MC to check up on him, and when MC knocks on Leviathan's door, they can request entry by either threatening to break down the door, or redirecting the subject by inquiring about the Lord of Corruption. Leviathan allows MC inside his room with either option, and he explains his grief to derive from news about his favorite idol, Sana-tan, from the idol group Little Devil Girls, is retiring after one final, upcoming concert.

"Complete unity."
Leviathan continues to grieve over Sana-tan's departure from the group, and nostalgically recalls the idol group's humble origins and his hopes for Sana-tan rise to fame as her fan. Leviathan planned to attend their final showing with his purchase of concert tickets, but hesitates in the midst of his sorrow. MC will motivate Leviathan to go to the concert and wish his favorite idol a proper farewell. In the common room of the House of Lamentation, Satan, Beelzebub, and Belphegor, recount Leviathan's plan to wish his favorite idol farewell, and offer to lend their assistance in making handmade merch.

"Wow! Looks so fun!"
Leviathan asks MC what type of handmade merchandise they'd like to focus on first, and they can either choose to customize a hoodie, a paper fan or a glow stick. All options lead to the brothers choosing to prioritize the hoodie first, Satan, Beelzebub, and Belphegor meticulously following Leviathan's requirements, while the latter-most brother profusely thanks his brothers for their support. When Leviathan arrives at the concert with MC, he becomes nervous, to which MC can either offer a drink, or a hearty pat on the back to uplift his spirits.

"It wasn't all bad, was it?"
At the concert, Leviathan shouts and chants words of adoration directed toward Sana-tan with all of his heart. MC can either cheer with him, or urge Leviathan to show off his hoodie. After the concert, Leviathan discovers that, along with MC, Sana-tan retired from her idol career to become a voice actress. Leviathan gives his final thanks to MC, who helped him through cheering on his newfound favorite voice actress. While swept up in the moment, Leviathan realizes that he was holding MC's hand while fawning over Sana-tan's career change. MC can either brush off the accident, or accept the unintentional gesture. If MC picks the latter option, then they can further ask for a kiss, to which Leviathan will confess that he considers MC to be his "real number one" over Sana-tan, or suggest they start heading home, hand-in-hand, to which Leviathan will happily follow.
