MC wakes up in the attic of the House of Lamentation to the voice of Lucifer, urging them to make haste with all the household chores. MC goes down to the dining room, where all the brothers are gathered. Each brother lists their demands to MC one after the other.

With Lucifer commenting on MC's cleaning, Mammon barges in through the front door and calls everyone to the dining room. Mammon tells the others of a notice for a ball at Demon Lord's Castle. With the brothers talking about the ball, MC chimes in expressing interest. Mammon tells MC that servants are not allowed to attend the ball. Lucifer then informs MC that they have additional duties to help everyone prepare for the ball. The brothers then continued to list off their individual demands in preparation for the ball.

With MC seeing the brothers off on the carriage, Thirteen appears. She introduces herself as their "fairy god-reaper." Thirteen helps MC to get ready for the ball— magically procuring clothes, a carriage from a pumpkin, a driver from a mouse, which transforms into Luke, and finally, glass slippers. With one final reminder from Thirteen, that the spell will wear off when the clock strikes midnight, she vanishes. Luke and MC then get ready to go to the castle.

Upon MC's arrival, everyone at the ball turns to look at them. With the brothers surprised, Simeon, Diavolo, and Solomon, ask MC for a dance. The brothers overhear this and start fighting about who gets to dance with MC first. With everyone crowding over MC, the prince, which turns out to be Barbatos, appears. He then asks for a dance with MC. Just then, the clock strikes midnight. With MC in a hurry, Barbatos decides to ask for their hand in marriage. Hearing this, the brothers start another fight about who gets to marry MC. Feeling overwhelmed, MC casts a spell. It turns out everything was just a dream that MC had, and they are re-telling the story to Barbatos.
