"I guess Mammon IS the weakest."
At RAD, a panicked Leviathan asks MC to hide him. Lucifer asks where Leviathan went, and MC can either tell him, ask what happened, or direct him to Mammon. Lucifer finds Leviathan either way, and Leviathan complains about having to get a medical checkup. Lucifer explains that everyone in their household has to get one, but because Mammon and Leviathan were against it, Diavolo asked him to convince the two. Leviathan says he doesn't see the point in checkups, and Lucifer asks MC to talk some sense into him.

In Leviathan's room, Leviathan says that otakus are perfectly healthy, and going out for a checkup would be detrimental to his health. If MC suggests that he's scared, Leviathan admits they're right. If MC says it will be good fantasizing material, Leviathan admits that doctor-patient roleplay is "THE dream." Leviathan explains that the main reason he can't go is because the limited edition Mononoke Land wafers go on sale tomorrow, which can contain a code for a rare spirit. Because he'll need to eat a ton of wafers, he is afraid of his health results. He then asks MC to get the code for him as a last resort.

Lucifer is surprised by all the boxes at RAD. Leviathan agrees to get a checkup, but only if they find a sticker with a code. MC can promise to find it, say they're excited, or say they can't eat that many wafers. Diavolo and Barbatos agree to help open the packages as well. Diavolo, Lucifer, and Barbatos all get codes, and MC can choose if they get one or not. They give the codes to Leviathan, who opens Mononoke Land and summons a rare spirit wearing a white lab coat. Diavolo thinks it's cute, and Leviathan is excited because it's one of his favorite spirits. Both Lucifer and Barbatos are happy that Leviathan can go to his checkup now.

Back in Leviathan's room, Leviathan is excited about getting a code so quickly, though he wants to open the rest and pull one himself. He explains that the spirit he caught is a mad scientist doctor, and it has an official anthropomorphic form. If MC suggests he could cosplay it, Leviathan says he already ordered some lab coats. If MC says the spirit is hot, Leviathan agrees that many of the spirits' anthro forms are attractive. If MC asks to see the character sheets, Leviathan asks to look at them together sometime. Leviathan asks for MC's help taking cosplay pictures. MC can agree, or suggest cosplaying together instead. This excites Leviathan, and he says that he's ready to brave his checkup.
