"Those grapes look amazing!"
In the common room of the House of Lamentation, Luke and Belphegor invite MC to join them for a snack. The two of them are excited to eat some grapes and Barbatos pours them some tea. While Luke and Belphegor enjoy their grapes, they agree that they aren't as sweet as they would have preferred. Fortunately, Barbatos knows where they can get some super sweet grapes, so the four of them agree to go grape picking. Barbatos also mentions that there will be wildlife in the orchard and promises them that he will prepare a magic item that will allow them to communicate with the animals.

"Temporarily closed?!"
Luke, Belphegor, Barbatos, and MC arrive at the grape orchard, excited to pick some grapes. However, Barbatos notes that usually the orchard is livelier than it is currently and Belphegor reads that the sign on the gate says "Temporarily closed." Luke is disappointed, but Barbatos tells them that he will go speak to the owner to see what happened. The orchard is closed due to sightings of black hellbirds which are a dangerous creature. Disappointed, the group turns to leave, but then they spot a black hellbird flying their way.

Using the magic item, Luke politely introduces himself to the black hellbird who introduces itself in return. Luke asks the hellbird if they can pick some grapes, and the bird agrees that it will share. Barbatos informs the owner and the group is allowed into the orchard. The group wonders about the easiest way to tell which grapes will be the sweetest, and the hellbird shows them a bunch that it thinks smell sweet. The group is pleased with the find and share the grapes among themselves and with the bird. The hellbird then tells Luke that it will show them some more.
