Story Summary

Mammoney
"That's right, there was a t..."

In honor of Valentine's Day, the students of RAD are given an assignment to write handmade thank-you cards to their friends. Belphegor expresses distaste for the amount of effort it will take, before noticing MC is already finished with the assignment. Both Belphegor and Satan ask MC for help putting together their cards. Raphael approaches the trio, with a card for each of them thanking them for inviting him to a party at the House of Lamentation. MC notices that there's a chocolate attached to each card, which Raphael states was Simeon's suggestion.

monSOLO
"It's fun to make it together."

Belphegor points out that the messages inside each card are identical: "Thank you for inviting me to your party." Raphael asks if this is a problem, and Belphegor mentions that the lack of creativity may reflect poorly on his grade for the assignment. Satan offers to help Raphael remake his cards, and MC suggests all four of them should work together on their cards. Fearing the possibility of supplemental lessons for a bad grade, Raphael agrees. The four set out in search of classroom materials to make their cards.

Lucifer
"I'm looking forward to it."

The group finds colored papers and roles of ribbon, and Raphael asks if it will be enough for all of them. Satan assures the group, saying that with a little creativity they should be fine. Satan gets started on his cards, telling MC to speak up at any time if they have advice. He decides to make a card shaped like a cat, remarking that perhaps he should make one for himself too so he doesn't regret giving them all away. Belphegor decides to decorate his card with ribbon and round out the corners to make the card cuter. Raphael says that he planned to keep his simple, but asks if he should add anything. MC can either agree that simple is best, or suggest he makes the card in the shape of angel wings. Belphegor asks why one of Raphael's cards looks more elaborate than the others, and Raphael answers that that card is for Lucifer.

Beelzeburger
"I also think I'll give Belphie..."

Satan finishes his cards, saying that they turned out rather nicely. Raphael says that his own cards look much better after recreating them. Belphegor mentions that now that the exterior of the cards are done, it's time to figure out what to write inside. Belphegor decides to write his first card to Beelzebub, because it'll be the easiest to figure out what to say to him. He thanks Beelzebub for always waking him up before school. Satan thanks Mammon for pointing him to a bookstore carrying a book he was looking for, and Raphael writes his first message to Lucifer because there's a lot he wants to say to him. Next, Satan and Belphegor decide to write their cards to each other, saying out loud what they're writing. Raphael asks what the point of writing cards is if things can simply be said in person.
