"It's important to get a change..."
While visiting MC at Cocytus Hall, Simeon lets out a sigh that concerns MC. When they inquire about it, he tells them that he had been in a bit of slump -- having writer's block -- lately when trying to write new prose in his free time. He wonders what he can do to get back to writing like he normally does, which causes MC to provide some advice on what they think might help. They decide that trying something new might help him think of new things to write about. Simeon asks MC to join him to ensure he doesn't procrastinate.

"That place looks interesting."
At Cocytus Hall, Simeon suggests possibly playing a video game that he borrowed from Leviathan or watching a movie as possible new experiences for him. If MC chooses the video game, Simeon struggles to turn it on and they are stopped by a system update. If they choose a movie, they enjoy it, but ultimately it doesn't help. While they're trying to think of a new idea, Solomon walks in and asks what they are up to. Simeon asks for his advice on what to do and Solomon suggests a change of scenery and offers to magically teleport them somewhere new. He describes a lake that is said to be filled with spirits that love stories.

Solomon teleports Simeon, MC, and himself to a spirit-infested lake, upon Simeon's request. He tells them that the spirits here will come up to someone that they find interesting and begin to tell a story about their dark past. If MC points out how creepy that sounds, he reassures them that they are kind-hearted souls who just like some harmless gossip. After he says this, one takes an interest in him and begins to tell a story of a time he dropped a potion in his lab that turned him into a mouse. Shortly after that, another spirit takes an interest in Simeon and tells a story of Simeon flooding an area of the house during an attempt to do laundry. Solomon then tells them that he is going to wander while they enjoy the lake, but will be back to return them home. A spirit of a different color than the others then approaches MC.

"Simeon sure is lively."
The spirits show Simeon and MC a memory of Simeon in the Celestial Realm. He is carrying a stack of books too high to see around, causing him to run into Raphael, who inquires as to why he has so many books. Simeon tells him that Leviathan suggested he find a creative outlet and writing seemed like the best fit, so the books were research material. When the memory fades, Simeon tells MC that he had truly forgotten that memory, and they suggested the spirits showed him that to help him remember why he first started writing. He agrees and says that he feels renewed to write and is excited to write a novel for everyone to read someday. He then asks them to help him write a short poem before they leave, and he thanks them for their help with his writer's block.
