"I'm grateful for your work!"
In the courtyard of RAD, Simeon runs into MC as they're leaving and tells them to be careful. MC can suggest they walk home together, but Simeon explains that he has to stay late to help the student council while the brothers are preparing for their party. He's supposed to water the flowers, but MC comments that they've already been watered. Simeon says that Luke is very enthusiastic about helping, so all the tasks are getting done too fast for Simeon to have anything left to do. Simeon wants to be useful though, so he and MC talk about what he could do. He decides that he could document the party preparations because having a record might be useful for future events as well as be a pleasant memory. Simeon requests MC's help and they agree, so the two of them go to visit the brothers right away.
Beelzeburger
"Bring some snacks next."
Simeon and MC find Asmodeus and Beelzebub in the classroom. If they talk to Beel, Simeon notes that he's drawn lots of pictures of food in his notebook and asks if he's thinking about what to serve at the party. Beel is really in charge of designing their outfits, but he explains he's having trouble focusing, so he's not making much progress. If they talk to Asmo, they find out that he's supposed to be in charge of the cooking, but when he opened Devilgram to look for recipes, he quickly got distracted by admiring the decorations of various dishes instead.
MC can suggest that the two brothers switch roles or offer to help, but they politely decline and they explain that they can't switch because the purpose of their assigned task is to work on their shortcomings. Simeon is impressed and decides that they shouldn't interfere, so he wishes them luck and then tells MC that they should look for the others. By the end of the day, Simeon has a lot of notes. MC can comment on Satan, Mammon, or Belphegor, and Simeon praises each one of their efforts. Simeon tells MC that he's looking forward to the party and then they run into Diavolo who asks what they're up to.
Lucifer
"You really saved our morale."
Simeon explains that they're documenting the party preparations and Diavolo asks to see their notes. He then recommends that they publish their notes in the school newspaper because it's so well-written that it'd be a waste to only use it as reference material. MC and Simeon like the idea and decide to interview some students for the piece as well.
Afterward, they meet in the library and talk about their findings that the student body is generally excited about the party and supportive of the brothers. Simeon is excited to share the comments with everyone and wants to share them with the brothers sooner rather than later to give them extra motivation. MC and Simeon divide up the work to write the article and then invite the brothers to come read it. The brothers are very happy to read what everyone said about them and Simeon is happy that they seem more motivated now.

"Let me read it later."
After leaving the brothers, Simeon is happy that everyone enjoyed their first draft of the article but he notices that it's getting late so they can finish the rest of the work later.
Days later in MC's room in Cocytus Hall, Simeon shows them the finished article and MC can either compliment his writing or recommend a headline. Next, they have to work on the layout of the newspaper. The two of them end up taking a break for tea and Simeon thanks MC for their help with everything. MC can tell Simeon that they just wanted to spend time together which makes him blush and then MC can hug or kiss him, much to his delight.
Right before the party, Simeon meets with MC on the balcony so they can execute the final phase of their plan. Simeon sends out a flock of white birds and then he and MC turn them into paper airplanes to distribute the finished newspaper. The brothers appreciate the gesture and Simeon is happy that their plan was a success. Then he and MC go down to enjoy the festivities with everyone.
