In the dining room at the House of Lamentation, Asmodeus starts a conversation with all of his brothers regarding the "Shout Your Heart Out in the Center of the Devildom" contest that Diavolo is organizing. During the conversation, Mammon mentions that the contest has a cash prize and Leviathan speaks up to say he was considering entering. All of the brothers are shocked by this and he reconsiders until MC encourages him to do it. He asks MC to join him in his bedroom right away to help him practice. There, he hesitates to start in case someone hears him through the walls, so they try to think of a better place to practice.

In search of a place to practice his shouting where his brothers won't overhear, Leviathan takes MC to a karaoke room. In order to warm up his voice, he sings some songs from an anime saying that his voice naturally gets louder when singing his favorite songs making it a perfect warm up for shouting. MC hypes him up during his songs, even doing a call and response with him. He happily tells them that they are giving him a lot more confidence to shout his feelings for everyone. After practicing what he is going to shout, he asks MC not to tell the others what he is planning to shout about them. With the remainder of their time they decide to sing some anime duets.

On the day of the contest, Leviathan appears backstage in his demon form. The size of the crowd makes him nervous as it is bigger than he expected. MC can choose to hold his hand or slap him on the back in an attempt to calm some of his nerves. Barbatos appears on stage to announce that Leviathan will be the next contestant. On stage, after some hesitation, Leviathan shouts about his love for games and anime, specifically Seraphina-chan, which surprises his brothers in the audience. Before getting off stage though, he starts to shout about his feelings for his brothers and how they are always there for him. He shouts about how grateful he is that they are his family, which surprises his brothers in the audience even more. Leviathan is declared the winner for his heartfelt words about his brothers, and is awarded a trophy.

Later at Hell's Kitchen, Lucifer is treating all of his brothers to dinner in celebration of Leviathan's win. After ordering a lot of food, the brothers discuss their surprise at Leviathan's words about them, and when he denies that he loves them, they start to tease him a bit. Despite his protests, after more teasing he asks MC to step outside with him. Outside he tells MC that another reason he wanted to enter the contest was so that he could afford a new game console so that he could play games with them. MC comments on not knowing that he had been thinking about them during the contest as well, and he reassures them that he wanted to tell them his feelings while they were alone. MC can choose to kiss or hug him in response to this, either way they talk a bit more before they go back inside.
