AsmoBaby
"I wanted to join too!"

Mephistopheles invites both MC and Solomon to the RAD Newspaper Club room to talk to them about an upcoming Devildom festival. RAD will also be hosting an event at that time, and he was put in charge of planning for it.

If MC says Mephistopheles must be happy Diavolo put him in charge, he smiles and says that of course he doesn't want to disappoint Diavolo. If they instead say that sounds like a lot of trouble, he says that's why he's asking MC and Solomon for help.

He's heard that the upcoming festival will be similar to those from the Human World, so he wants to ask the two human exchange students for ideas. The both MC and Solomon end up agreeing to help, so they join the temporary "Festival Club."

Mammoney
"They're real motivated."

Mephistopheles wants the event to be something all the students can participate in, so either MC or Solomon suggest an event modeled after Tanabata. The students can all write their wishes onto strips of paper tied to bamboo, such that their wishes can reach the stars. Mephistopheles likes the idea, and also thinks they could try to fulfill some of the easier wishes to better make the event a bigger success.

Lucifer
"Everybody wants something."

Mephistopheles, Solomon and MC visit the cafeteria, as many of the requests Mephistopheles has heard relate to the popular menu items selling out so quickly. Solomon thinks so many people writing out their wishes means the event is going well. He also mentions that he and MC have already granted several love-related wishes by delivering love letters that were tied up as wishes.

While Mephistopheles thinks they've done well so far, he still feels like they could do even more. He really wants to make sure all the event participants get some happiness, not just the ones with granted wishes.

DDSimeon
"I hope the wishes come true."

Mephistopheles knew from the beginning it wasn't feasible to grant every wish, yet at the same time feels frustrated that they can't make all the participants leave the event satisfied. MC can argue that Mephistopheles should grant his own wish, and Solomon agrees that it isn't all on Mephistopheles to work to grant others' wishes. That's up to those making the wishes in the first place.

Instead, MC can either suggest they make good luck charms, or cast a spell for good luck. Either way, Solomon casts a spell that makes lucky stardust fall over RAD, and tells everyone touching the stardust will boost their spirits. When Mephistopheles sees everyone reaching up to touch the stardust, he's happy that everyone else looks happy, and that this became the kind of event he was hoping to hold.
