"I wonder if I can convince..."
In the House of Lamentation, Beelzebub carries Belphegor down the hallway. Asmodeus is with them as well. MC happens across them and they learn that Beelzebub is taking Belphegor to Leviathan's room. Beelzebub plans to enter the Super Smash Devils DVR tournament with Belphegor as his partner. He wants to win a meal ticket for two at Le Diable but Belphegor isn't as motivated for the competition as Beelzebub is. Beelzebub asks MC to help him convince Belphegor to participate.

"It's perfect for waking up."
The group goes to the common room. Beelzebub puts Belphegor down on the sofa, and Belphegor promptly falls asleep. The group's first task is to make sure Belphegor is properly awake so Beelzebub asks MC to wake him up. MC asks Belphegor on a date and that gets him up. For their date, MC takes Belphegor to the park. On their walk, Belphegor explains that he's not against helping Beelzebub but he doesn't like that MC is doing all this for Beelzebub rather than because they want to spend time with him.

"I'm interested in that circus!"
Belphegor tells MC that they need to come up with something that makes both of them happy because that would probably motivate him. Belphegor says that relaxing with MC would make him happy. However, that's what he finds fun but it won't work if MC doesn't also find it fun. Just then, Belphegor spots a circus tent. It's a rare circus run by magical beasts. Belphegor remembers that one of the tournament prizes would allow someone to rent out the entire circus and decides to enter in hopes of being able to take MC to the circus.

"I've got it the worst!"
Solomon and MC are hosting the Super Smash Devils DVR tournament. The final round of the doubles category is Beelzebub and Belphegor vs Mammon and Leviathan. Belphegor is surprisingly aggressive with his attacks. Solomon and MC discuss why Belphegor seems unusually motivated to win. Beelzebub tells Belphegor that he can take Mammon and asks him if he's okay to handle Leviathan. Belphegor seems confident and so the twins are able to defeat their older brothers and win the grand prize. Later, MC and Belphegor are at the circus. They watch devil sheep dance around while lying down on a cloud-shaped loveseat. If MC tells Belphegor they want to do more than just laze around, he asks if he can kiss them. As the devil sheep continue their performance, Belphegor feels sleepy but he wants to stay awake to enjoy the moment with MC.
