For Barbatos's birthday, everyone is planning a surprise party and Diavolo requests MC at the Demon Lord’s castle to infiltrate Barbatos's dreams and keep him busy while they finish preparing. Diavolo leads MC to Barbatos's room where he uses magic to transport MC into Barbatos's dream world. Barbatos briefly questions MC's sudden appearance, but then dismisses the idea as simply his deep fondness for MC. Barbatos suggests exploring the Devildom together with MC wanting to benefit from the rare occasion, and comments that although he cannot use his powers, he may still alter the setting as he pleases since they both are within his dream.

"What an imagination..."
Barbatos changes the scenery to one of his favorite cafes within Devildom, but makes notes of some newly added, pretentious decor. Asmodeus and Leviathan introduces the rebranded cafe as a mix of their names — "Asmolev" — and Barbatos is amused of why his subconscious chose the 2 brothers as their servers. Barbatos views the menu as identical to the real world cafe and MC can either order the same dish as his, or follow his recommendation. Either way, once their dishes arrive, Barbatos is pleasantly surprised to have found a birthday message written on his plate. Asmodeus and Leviathan cast a spell of sweet words to make the dish more appetizing, and MC can either join the chant or feed Barbatos his dessert. No matter the choice, both Asmodeus and Lev. seem envious of Barbatos and MC's closeness.

"Wait, you got to choose?!"
For their next destination, Barbatos becomes conflicted and asks MC where they'd like to go, choosing between a luxury train or the Devil Planetarium. If MC chooses the luxury train, they'll be greeted by Simeon, Luke, and Solomon as musicians who'll sing Happy Birthday as their gift to Barbatos. If MC chooses the Devil Planetarium, they'll be greeted and guided by the twins, Beelzebub and Belphegor, who’ll later present a birthday cake constellation in honor of Barbatos’s birthday.

For their final destination, Barbatos requests MC to lead them wherever they'd like to go. MC leads Barbatos out of the dream and they can either wake Barbatos with a hug or a kiss. Barbatos expresses his joy of seeing MC beside him when he wakes up, though he goes on to apologize for pretending he wasn’t aware of MC infiltrating his dreams. As for the reason why, MC ushers Barbatos to the main hall where Barbatos is greeted by his surprise birthday party, and his answer. Diavolo explains MC’s role to distract Barbatos while they finished preparing his birthday party. He expresses words of gratitude for the birthday wishes and words of thanks from the brothers.
