In town, Lucifer and his brothers are shopping for items for the upcoming Frost Flower Festival carnival. The brothers find an assortment of enchanted hats, and they admit it would be fun to put them on Lucifer. Lucifer takes MC aside to finish the shopping without his brothers. Afterwards, he presents MC with a feathered hat that he secretly bought at the stall. Later on at the House of Lamentation, Leviathan freaks out because he heard strange moaning coming from MC's room again last night.

"Looks interesting."
Lucifer believes Leviathan, because Satan and Asmodeus have also been hearing noises for the past three days. MC realizes that the voice is coming from the hat, but they've grown so used to it that they didn't notice. Lucifer decides that he'll stay in MC's room tonight to keep watch. Asmodeus is sad that he can't join the pajama party, but he and Mammon decide to let it slide because they don't know what kind of monster could be living in the hat.

"Try the all-you-can-eat!"
That night in MC's room, Lucifer asks MC how they'd like to spend the time before midnight. They can choose to chat, to rest their head on his shoulder, or to let Lucifer decide. If MC rests on his shoulder, Lucifer offers to let them lie down in bed next to him. Suddenly the hat begins to growl in an ancient Devildom language. The hat claims to be possessed by the soul of a hatmaker who fell ill, and it yearns to be worn at the Frost Flower Festival. Lucifer agrees, since he wanted to take MC to the festival anyway.

"Let me join!"
At the carnival, Lucifer offers MC some frozen Demonus. MC can request a kiss to warm their lips up. The hat begins to possess MC to dance, and Lucifer agrees to dance together in the crowd. Afterwards, the hat sprouts wings and flies away. Lucifer explains that the hat was actually an overwintering hat bird in disguise, and that he knew about it all along. Lucifer's true intention was to present MC with a brilliant devil-colored feather. Because Lucifer and MC both have one, it means they will always find their way back together no matter what, forever and always.
