Little D.'s
Overview[edit]
Little D.'s are shadowy demons — specifically lesser demons and demon familiars — that were first seen in the Battle stages of Obey Me!. The first time a Little D. appears in Obey Me!'s Main Story was in Lesson 7-10 in Nightbringer's Main Story was Lesson 22-11. There are at least seven known Little D.'s, one for each of the seven deadly sins.
As mentioned by Little D. No. 2 in Lesson 25-15 (OM), the Little D.'s would assist MC with their tasks at RAD, and have been seen at the school in Season 2, Episode 1 of Obey Me! The Anime. However, it has not been specified if they are considered RAD students or not.
As explained by Barbatos in Lesson 22-13 (NB), the nature of the Little D.'s isn't fully understood. However, there is a legend that the Fairy King once tended to a great tree, and from that tree, the Little D.'s were born. This means it could be argued that the Little D.'s are fairies, or even spirits, though they seem to view themselves as demons.
On very rare occasions, when a new demon is born into the world, a Little D. is also born. Most demons do not have a Little D. counterpart, and it is not known why only some demons are chosen to have Little D. counterparts, nor is it known how they are chosen. Despite the rarity, all of the seven brothers have a Little D. counterpart. They all reside at the Demon Lord's Castle, where they have lived since their birth, and Diavolo and Barbatos look after them.
Diavolo does not have a Little D. counterpart, as he stated in the Wanderers' Whereabouts video Impeccable Service. Barbatos purposely evaded answering this question in the same video.
In the Birthday Pop Quiz Happy Birthday! Dear Leviathan, while inside a beta version of the game Dogi✩Maji✩3, a bunch of Little D's spawned everywhere, and represented the beta game's bugs. Seven Little D.'s also made an appearance in the Pop Quiz A Surprise for You, but only as possessed bodies that were under the control of unknown beings.

While at times some Little D.'s appear to have small legs and feet — as seen in some of the Majolish images — they more often have ghost-like tails, and are capable of floating and flying just like ghosts as well. Examples of this can be seen in the card art for Heart-Warming✩Valentine and in Season 2, Episode 1 of Obey Me! The Anime.

When Little D.'s are opponents in Battles — despite the effect of their skills varying — their Special Skill is always titled "KCATTA WODAHS," which is "SHADOW ATTACK" spelled backward. All of their dialogues in battle are also spelled backward.
At least some Little D.'s seem to be capable of changing their form so that they look like shadowy versions of the seven demon brothers, and do so in some battles.
