Since the birthday surprise in the event Happy Birthday! Dear Leviathan didn't work out, Leviathan tries to communicate that he wants another birthday present in a roundabout way. Satan reassures him that they had a plan B. In case they couldn't get the game for him, they were planning to invite Levi's online friends for an offline meetup, as Beelzebub explains. Levi is thrilled and overjoyed, and suggests a bigger meetup for the Ruri-chan fandom.

As the brothers and Solomon discuss how to proceed with Leviathan's idea, Levi complains that while Ruri-chan meetups are held every weekend in the Human World, there is nothing like that in the Devildom. Lucifer decides they should make an invite list. He sees it as a job for Asmodeus and Mammon, as they're both party animals, but Levi disagrees. He believes they would invite only party people, and not genuine Ruri-chan fans, so he entrusts the task to Satan due to his connections.

When the day of the offline meetup comes, Leviathan is beyond excited to both see the first offline meetup of Ruri-chan fans in the Devildom and to host it. However, as the time of the meetup comes, no one shows up. Levi is devastated, but that's when Asmodeus hears a lot of noise coming from the entrance.

It turns out the noise was the crowd that had started pouring into the House of Lamentation. Leviathan notices that the demons all have Ruri-chan shirts and merch, which means they're actually real fans. Solomon explains that Lucifer has been spreading word of the meetup on his Devilgram, as had Diavolo, so the news of the party could reach all of the closet otaku. Levi is so moved by this fact that he forgets that he is supposed to inaugurate the meetup, so Belphegor reminds him of that. Levi delivers an emotional speech to officially open the meetup.
