"Safety first!"

Barbatos apologizes to MC for the "sudden summons" to RAD's student council room, then asks if they are aware of the recently held skateboard upgrade contest. If MC mentions that Lucifer won, Barbatos says it was a unanimous victory. If MC asks what happened, Barbatos mentions that the contest was sponsored by the Three-Legged Crow Group, and so he was somewhat involved as well. Diavolo also participated as a judge, and while he had fun, Barbatos worries about the safety risk of skateboarding.

If MC suspects he wants them to talk him into letting Diavolo skateboard, Barbatos agrees, and either explains he wants Diavolo to enjoy himself while also being safe, or accepts MC's offered help depending on the choice made. First however, Barbatos wants to gather information on what skateboard would be best for Diavolo, and would like MC to ask the brothers' opinions.

"I also went there the other day!"

At the House of Lamentation, MC asks the brothers' opinions about skateboarding, and Mammon tells them about a custom parts shop he knows about. MC brings this information to Barbatos, and if they suggest also talking to some manufacturers, Barbatos says doing so would mean Diavolo would likely hear about their plans.

Either way, the two decide to visit the shop together. Once there, Barbatos notices the walls of the shop are covered in pictures from the recent contest. He thinks that one of the photos could have a skateboard design they could use that would suit their needs.

"That board really stood out."

Barbatos and MC meet with Leviathan at RAD, where Barbatos shows him a photo of the skateboard he'd designed for the upgrade contest. The design includes buffers that limit the maximum speed, because Leviathan wanted to keep things safe while also showing everyone the appeal of anime-themed skateboards. Barbatos asks him for the design's blueprints, and MC either insists they need his help, or tells him it's for Diavolo.

Leviathan points out he designed the skateboard with priority to the size of the image over safety, so offers to make a new blueprint for them. In return, he wants Barbatos to talk to his contacts at the manufacturers to make anime-themed skateboards, which Barbatos is happy to do. While awaiting the blueprints, Barbatos wants to focus on the skateboard's visuals, and invites MC on a trip to the Devildom Art Museum for inspiration.

"Maybe I should go there too."

If MC suggests they visit a special exhibition at the art museum, they and Barbatos look at modern art from the Human World. If they suggest viewing the usual exhibits, most works displayed are from the Devildom and use dark colors. While Barbatos finds their palettes relaxing, he thinks brighter colors would better suit a skateboard.

After their museum visit, Barbatos and MC return to his room at the Demon Lord's Castle. Because there's still plenty of time before Leviathan finishes his blueprints, Barbatos suggests starting the design tomorrow, and spending the rest of the day together. If MC asks to spend the night, Barbatos says he would have invited them regardless, and says he'll provide the best hospitality to thank them for their help. If MC asks for some tea, Barbatos happily brings them snacks and some tea with a relaxing effect to help them rest.
