Synopsis
The demon brothers get a group assignment from RAD to deepen their understanding of the Human World. As they wonder about what they should to do, Lucifer tells them that he's already decided for them. They'll serve MC as butlers, and study the master-servant relationship through that.
Summary
After the demon brothers are given an assignment to deepen their understanding of the Human World, Lucifer announces that he has already decided that they will be acting as butlers serving MC. After some complaints from the brothers about him being a pushy tyrant, they are given their butler suits that will help them act the part. After many comments about various aspects of the uniforms, Barbatos is summoned to teach the brothers about being a butler. Lucifer offers to pay for his lessons with some of the highest quality tea leaves in the Devildom and soon the lesson begins.
During the lesson, Mammon starts dozing off, and after being nudged awake by Satan, Barbatos shouts at them and throws a pen at Mammon's face to get their attention. The lesson comes to a close after about five hours leaving all of the brothers tired. However, they are not offered a moment to rest before Barbatos tells Leviathan and Beelzebub that they have to stay to repeat the lesson due to their poor scores on the mid-lesson test. He begins quizzing the two of them on aspects of the lesson, asking MC the questions after the two of them aren't able to agree on an answer.
Later in MC's bedroom, Solomon is visiting with MC and Satan. He asks them about the butler situation, worrying that only Lucifer and Satan would be up to the task. As the discussion dies down Satan then reminds himself that as MC's butler, he must offer his services to their guests as well, including Solomon, who is excited at the idea. He reports what tea he will be bringing them and that he has acquired some of their favorite jams, all before inquiring about how impressed they were with his service.
Some time later in Lucifer's bedroom, Diavolo is visiting with MC and Lucifer. When asked why he was there he reports that Barbatos had told him about the situation and he wanted to have a bit of fun by visiting to see the brothers acting as butlers, particularly Lucifer. Diavolo is very entertained by Lucifer's butler act, even telling MC he is jealous that they get to have him serving them and taking pictures of him.
MC later walks in on an argument in the kitchen between Asmodeus and Mammon. Beelzebub explains to them that they are fighting over who will bring MC their tea. After a lot more arguing and name-calling they end up spilling the pot of tea of Beelzebub, who transforms into his demon form in anger. Lucifer gathers all of the brothers in the living room to chastise them for this mess, asking MC to order them to never do anything like this again. Even after the chastising Asmodeus and Mammon continue to bicker between themselves.
Later back in MC's bedroom, Luke is visiting with MC and Leviathan. Luke laughs at the demon brothers serving MC, a human, as such an unusual dynamic sounds so strange to him. He is then reminded that as a guest of MC's the butlers must do whatever he says and takes the chance to boss Leviathan around to do various tasks during his visit. Once he leaves Leviathan is glad to see him leave and slightly frustrated by his behavior, to which MC praises him for his patience. He confesses that he did cast a spell on Luke's cake as revenge that should be taking effect as he got home.
The next day in Lucifer's bedroom, Simeon is visiting MC and Lucifer. He tells them about Luke having sprouted bunny ears after returning for the House of Lamentation earlier that day. Lucifer apologizes to MC for his brothers continued antics and confesses that he had hoped this assignment would have given him a perfect excuse to whip his brothers into shape, to improve their chaotic behavior. With one more day of their assignment he tells MC to make the most of the last day with them as their butlers.
At the end of the assignment the next day, Lucifer asks for MC's evaluation on their performance, which they can choose to report as terrible, okay, or great. Even after concluding the end of their service, Lucifer still addresses MC as master and asks if they would like some tea. The others tell him he can drop the act now, but Belphegor agrees that they had gotten so used to acting that way it that it might take some time for them to stop addressing MC as such.
